Start-Rite Driver Education Ltd. is located in the province of Alberta and offers a range of private and commercial driver training programs. Specialized training courses are available for experienced drivers as well as beginners. The institute also offers a number of specialty courses and programs to upgrade existing driver skills in truckers and drivers. The Start-Rite Driver Education Ltd. new driver course covers 15 hours with 10 hours of instruction behind the wheel of the vehicle. During the course students learn about driving within the law, sharing the road, emergency driving and how to be a responsible driver. The institute also offers a truck driver course which provides three different levels of instruction, each level inclusive of road instruction. All levels also include reclassification of license, knowledge test and a road test.

Start-Rite Driver Education Ltd. also has a number of safety oriented courses which cover different aspects such as defensive driving, skid control and recovery, trailering and overall driver improvement courses. Specialty courses are also offered for air brakes, transportation of dangerous goods, Workplace Hazardous Materials Identification System and oilfield driver improvement.
